General FAQ


Q: I just bought event tickets from What now?

A: Most event tickets sold on are e-tickets. They can be printed from any internet connected computer with a printer. After completing the check out process you will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve your e-tickets for printing.


Q: I don't own a printer, what should I do?

A: Most event tickets available at are also available as hard tickets in-store. We are located in downtown St. Petersburg, across the street from The State Theatre.

Q: I already bought e-tickets, but I don't own a printer! What can I do?

A: Your e-tickets are available from your user account at so you can easily access and print your tickets at a friend's house, your work, or school.


Q: I bought event tickets on and it said they were "will-call" only? What's that mean? How do I get my tickets?

A: Please see the will-call FAQ page here for more information on will-call event tickets.


Q: Are ticket purchases refundable?

A: All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, we are only able to refund event tickets purchased from us.


Q: What time is "INSERT BAND NAME" going on stage?

A: Generally, all of the details made available to us are already provided on the event page, including door time, event date, and supporting acts. Information such as band set times are generally not available to us. 


Q: What Forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit cards.
